The products which are selected for acquisition are from growing market areas like marketing, commerce, and security which are a strategic segment for the company. These software’s represent total addressable market of around USD 50.1 billion which includes Appscan for secure application development, Notes & Domio for email, Unica for marketing automation, BigFix for secure device management, Commerce for omni-channel e-Commerce and portal for digital experience. Thus, deployment of these software’s will help HLC to gain greater opportunities, reaching and serving thousand global enterprise across the market.
