The new range of colors includes a blue hue obtained from spirulina and a pink/reddish shade from red beet, among other naturally-occurring shades such as yellow, orange, red and purple.  Non-G.M.O. and U.S.D.A.-certified organic, the colors are sustainably sourced by Diana Food’s agronomy experts based in farming areas around the world. Diana Food’s new colors may serve as a complementary targeted addition to confectionery, dairy and beverage products, the company said. Diana Food also creates specialized blends using the new organic colors to offer customers custom color solutions. The color spectrum Diana Food is offering ranges from blue, orange and yellow to pink, red and purple with customized shades available.
