Experience required: Minimum 1 year of End to End Sales in B2B, Global/ Enterprise Sales (Inbound and Outbound)


·         Identify, develop and advance prospects to the next stage in the sales process.

·         Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling.

·         Drive brand awareness and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.

·         Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.

·         Contact both existing as well as new potential clients from various industries.

·         Handle end-to-end sales by conversion of pre-generated leads across multiple continents.

·         Conduct upselling and cross-selling on incoming or allocated report leads where essential to maximize revenue generation per account.

·         Coordinate and strategize effectively with research teams to conduct business development across key accounts through pre-sales research and post-sales follow-ups.

·         Handle and maximize revenues from allocated and new leads.


·         Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred

·         Ability to take and heed strategic advice

·         Minimum 1 year of experience in End to End Sales (Outbound & Inbound).

·         Proven track record of sales excellence.

·         Be able to work independently & as part of a team

Research Consultant will report to Director - Research.

Job Overview

BlueWeave consulting is looking for research professionals from Market Research Industry with an experience on data sheet and report writing.


·         Responsible for delivery of projects in Market Research that will involve management of the project, questionnaire designing, company profiling, market estimation sheet, report writing, generating business insights, etc.

·         Client Management - Handle project-related client communication

·         Conducting primary & secondary research to build the analytical sections within each report and to identify data-points / market trends etc.

·         Assist in the development of market-leading databases by validating and strengthening the key data-points as part of the report writing process.

·         Preparation of industry and company analysis reports, industry overviews, competitor bench-marking on key market trends and on key issues impacting the industry and taking responsibility for their production to publishable standards and handling an array of on-demand quick turnaround research requests for business development and marketing collateral's .

·         Writing executive summaries, reviewing, providing feedback on different aspects of a presentation & guiding team members on what information to put in a presentation

·         Being responsible for all aspects of project management (including resource allocation) to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on target with client needs and reflect the high quality standards propagated by the company.


·         B. Tech – Biotechnology/Pharma/IT/Chemical/ Electronics preferably with an MBA.

·         Having the ability to use, analyze and summarize online and other secondary research materials quickly and effectively.

·         Ability to manage time, work on multiple projects, interpret large amounts of data and pay close attention to detail.

·         Team handling experience

·         Strong communication and presentation skills.

·         Prior experience in strategy development projects.

·         Can work across vertical
